One of the world’s most valuable aquatic species is the sturgeon. Sturgeons (Acipencers) are a long lived and late maturity fishes that spawn many times in life. Iranian black gold …

For long times ago Caspian Sea caviar such as beluga, asetra and sevruga caviar has been the best caviar in the world. Many countries have tried to produce artificial caviar, but none of their properties reaches the quality of the natural Iranian caviar.
